Serious Reactions to Solodyn

Side Effects to Report

Some Solodyn side effects are potentially serious and should be reported immediately to your healthcare provider. These include but are not limited to:
  • Darkening of skin, nails, eyes, or teeth, which is often a purple, blue, or gray, bruise-like appearance
  • Severe stomach cramps
  • Watery, bloody, or severe diarrhea

  • Fatigue or extreme weakness or tiredness

  • Signs of liver problems, such as:

    • Pain in the right upper part of the stomach
    • Yellowing of the whites of the eyes or skin (jaundice)
  • Increased sensitivity to the sun or a severe sunburn
  • Any skin rash or blistering of the skin
  • Chest pain
  • Dry cough and shortness of breath
  • Hearing loss
  • Signs of an allergic reaction, such as:
    • Hives
    • Itching
    • Unexplained swelling of the mouth or throat
    • Wheezing or difficulty breathing or swallowing.
