Although most people have no problems when treating acne with
Solodyn® (
minocycline hydrochloride), like any medication, side effects are possible. Common ones include
headache, dizziness, and ringing in the ears, as well as joint and muscle pain and dry mouth.
Potentially serious problems may also occur, including an allergic reaction. Hives, rash, and unexplained wheezing are signs that can indicate an allergic reaction to Solodyn. If you experience these adverse reactions, or any other problems that "just don't seem right," contact your healthcare provider.
