Dosing Information

There is only one standard recommended dose, regardless of your age, weight, or the severity of your acne. As always, do not adjust your dosage unless your healthcare provider specifically tells you to do so.

Side Effects of Fabior

Just like any medicine, Fabior can cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the medicine will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well.
 
If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider. Serious side effects are less common.
 
Some of the most common Fabior side effects include but are not limited to:
 
  • Irritation
  • Dryness
  • Redness
  • Flaking and peeling.

Drug Interactions

Fabior may react with a number of other medications (see Fabior Drug Interactions).
 

Important Information for Your Healthcare Provider

You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to using this medication if you have:
 
  • Eczema
  • A sunburn
  • Any allergies, including to medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives.
 
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are:
 
 
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
