Who Should Not Use Duac?

You should not use Duac if you:
 
  • Are allergic to it, clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, lincomycin (Lincocin®), or any of the inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
 
 
 
  • Have ever had antibiotic-associated colitis (inflammation of the colon from antibiotic use).
