Were you looking for information about Differin? Difren is a common misspelling of Differin.
A healthcare provider may prescribe Differin® (adapalene) to treat acne. This medication works by slowing down the rapid formation of skin cells and by suppressing inflammation.
Most people tolerate it well; however, as with any drug, side effects may occur. Some of the more common side effects of this product include redness, dry skin, and scaling. Differin comes in the form of a gel, lotion, or cream, and is applied to the affected area once daily (just before bedtime).
