Ximino Acne Medication

A prescription medication that is taken once a day, XiminoTM (minocycline hydrochloride) helps treat the red, pus-filled bumps caused by moderate-to-severe acne. Ximino comes in the form of an extended-release capsule that slowly releases the medicine into the body.
 
This product is approved for use in adults and adolescents as young as 12 years old. Before prescribing this acne medicine, your healthcare provider will need information on your medical history and a current list of all medications, vitamins, and supplements you are taking. Ximino can cause interactions with a number of products, including some antacids and multivitamins.
