Information About Preventing Acne

Avoiding things that rub the skin -- such as backpacks and sports equipment -- can also help prevent acne.

Myths and Untrue Acne Information

There are many acne myths that blame the presence of acne on poor hygiene, stress, and a person's diet. However, it is important to recognize that these things do not cause acne.
